Abstract: Villages and Located in the nine geographical forms of mountain areas in China.The meagerly-populated villages have their specific political,economic and cultural characteristics.During the village development,the unique village economy has formed.From the natural,social and historical perspective,it can be concluded that the development of village economy needs external support.To do so,the local resources and minority nationality policy must be fully utilized.And the economic development must be in accordance with the eco-protection.
