Abstract: Through enrichment and purification, high efficient cellulose degrading strains were screened from yak dung in Namco Lake,Tibet. The enzyme production characteristics of cellulose degrading strains under different conditions were determined, and the genetic differences of the target strains were analyzed. The results showed that strain X1 and X2 had significant cellulose degradation advantage, and the relative enzyme activities of the two strains were strong at pH 4 and 9 ℃.Phylogenetic analysis showed that X1 and X2 might belong to the genus Cronobacter.
