Abstract: This paper first introduces the features of DSP SPI interfaces;it gives the detailed hardware design of the SPI interface between FRAM and TMS320LF2407 system.On the basis of analyzing the working principle of FRAM devices,it discusses the software design of SPI communication between DSP and FRAM.
