Separation Conditions of Water-Soluble Small Gold Nanoclusters  by Size Exclusion Chromatography Method

Abstract: Using pure water as a mobile phase without any additional adjuvant,it was established that stable chromatography conditions separated water-soluble small gold nanoclusters capped by 2-mercaptosuccinic acid (MSA) monolayer in the size range of 1~5 nm by size exclusion chromatography (SEC).It was environment-friendly and easy to operate.The reproducibility was good.
