Abstract: The forth-order cumulant slice  has the property of blindness to Gaussian noise which improves the performances of DOA estimation,but increases the computation at the same time.This paper studies the principle of using unitary transformation to rearrange the cumulant slice matrix,so as to reduce computation cost by real-valued computation.The simulation results confirm that the developed algorithm can remain the precision of estimation and achieve lower computation cost.
