Abstract:

In recent years,three aspects of significant achievements in rural public cultural services in Wuling Mountainous Area of Chongqing have been obtained:in the rural public cultural services distribution of facilities and system construction,inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,and development of characteristic cultural industries.However,there are still outstanding problems such as single and insufficient input channels,weak and low utilization of infrastructure,uneven urban and rural services,low professional level and inability to adapt to the changing characteristics of rural public cultural needs.It is necessary to construct the modern system of of public cultural service,establish multiple supply  bodies,discover and cultivate the outstanding traditional culture of the region with strong characteristics,and foster talents.
