摘要/Abstract

摘要：

乡村文明是乡村振兴的重要内容，乡风文明建设关键在于提升农村公共文化服务水平.乡风文明建设中完善农村公共文化服务，对推进农村物质文明与精神文明协调发展、促进乡风文明建设和提高社会治理有效性具有重要意义.乡风文明建设中农村公共文化服务面临着公共文化服务供需匹配性低、基础设施建设不完善、人才队伍建设滞后及村村间不平衡诸多难题.为此需要从资金投入、制度建设、人才建设、硬件条件建设等方面探寻破解之策.

关键词： 乡风文明, 公共文化服务, 农村

Abstract:

Rural civilization is an important content of rural rejuvenation,and the key to the construction of rural civilization lies in the promotion of rural public cultural service.In the construction of rural civilization,it is of great significance to improve the service of rural public culture,to promote the coordinated development of material civilization and spiritual civilization in rural areas,to promote the construction of rural civilization,and to improve the effectiveness of social governance.In the construction of rural civilization,rural public cultural services are faced with many difficulties,such as inadequate matching between supply and demand of public cultural services,imperfect infrastructure construction,lags in the construction of talents,and imbalance between villages and villages.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the solution from the aspects of capital input,system construction,talent nurture,hardware construction and so on.
