    Based on the first-principles calculation method of combining the density functional theory and the Non-equilibrium Green's function,the effect of Se and Te atom substitution doping on the electronic transport properties of WS2-MoS2 nanodevice is studied.The results show that the WS2-MoS2 nanodevice has interesting negative differential resistance effect in the bias range of [+0.7 V,+1.0 V] and [-1 V,-0.9 V],with the current gradually decreasing with the increase of bias voltage,and the electronic transport properties of the device show indirect gap semiconductor characteristics.The device can be converted into p-type semiconductor when replaing the S-atoms in WS2-MoS2 composite nanodevice with Se-atoms.When the S-atoms in WS2-MoS2 composite nanodevice is partially doped with substitutional Te-atoms,the device is converted into p-type semiconductor or even metal,and its conductivity is greatly improved.The partial substitution doping of WS2-MoS2 nanodevice with Se and Te atoms exhibits a negative differential resistance effect,and the passing of currents across the devices is significantly improved.

    An improved YOLOv4 lung nodule detection algorithm is designed to solve the problems of small target missing detection and lung nodule position distortion in the target detection YOLOv4 algorithm.On the basis of the original YOLOv4 network,the up sampling process of the feature fusion network is replaced by the bilinear interpolation method,and the tensor stacking method is used to make the semantic information of the top layer and the location information of the bottom layer to form a higher channel feature tensor.The experimental results show that,compared with the original YOLOv4 algorithm,the average accuracy and prediction speed of the improved YOLOv4 algorithm on the public dataset LUAN16 are improved by 4.54% and 28.1% respectively,and the visualization results have more accurate position expression.

    Manganese acetate and ammonium persulfate used as raw materials,MnO2 was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method,and then MnO2/CNTs composites was prepared by ultrasonic method.The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy,and their electrochemical performances as cathode for AZIBs were measured by cyclic voltammetry,electrochemical impedance spectrum and galvanostatic charge-dicharge.The results showed that the product was β-MnO2 nanowires at the reaction temperature of 140 ℃ and reaction time of 22 h.The chemical structure of β-MnO2 did not change when it was compounded with CNTs.When circulated 20 times at 0.1C magnification,the first specific discharge capacity of β-MnO2/CNTs electrode in 1 mol/L ZnSO4+0.5 mol/L MnSO4 aqueous solution is 140 mAh/g.Compared with the first discharge specific capacity of β-MnO2/CNTs electrode in 1 mol/L ZnSO4 solution (45 mAh/g),the first discharge specific capacity has been increased by 2 times;and compared with the first discharge specific capacity of β-MnO2 electrode in 1 mol/L ZnSO4+ 0.5 mol/L MnSO4 aqueous solution (27 mAh/g),it has been increased by 4 times,which indicates that the composite of β-MnO2 and CNTs can improve the electrochemical performance of β-MnO2 Moreover,the electrochemical performance of β-MnO2/CNTs electrode is better in 1 mol/L ZnSO4+0.5 mol/L MnSO4 aqueous solution,but the capacity retention rate is only 50%,which indicates that the performances of the battery needs to be further improved.

    The mechanical characteristics of asymmetric high pier continuous rigid frame bridges with different pier heights were studied to obtain the internal force and displacement deformation characteristics of the main girders and piers of high pier continuous rigid frame bridges with different pier heights.The vertical displacement of the main girder increases with the increase of pier height,with an average increase of 14.3% at the maximum displacement,and the shear force of the main girder at the top of the pier decreases with the increase of pier height,with an average change of rate of 37.1%.

    In order to explore the influence of carbon fiber plate on the bearing capacity of the bridge,the model of Dongtiaoxi Bridge was established by Midas Civil software,and the sinking deformation,shear bearing capacity and torsional bearing capacity of each bridge section were calculated and analyzed,and the shear failure area was delineated.With addition of carbon fiber plate in the vulnerable area,the numerical analysis of the original bridge and the bridge reinforced by carbon fiber plate is carried out.It is found that the bridge body strengthened with the carbon fiber plate has a significant improvement in bearing performance,in which the settlement amplitude is reduced by 27%,and the shear torsion resistance is increased by 10%.

    In this work,the rhizosphere soil samples at three stages of kiwifruit development were collected from the kiwifruit planting base in Yongshun County,West Hunan.The bacterial community composition and population abundance in the canker and healthy samples were analyzed by metagenomic sequencing.The results showed that there were some differences in the bacterial community composition and population abundance in three periods of rhizosphere soil samples of the healthy and diseased kiwifruit,but the dominant bacteria mainly included AcidobacteriaGp,Gemmatimonas and Gaiella.The population abundance of Pseudomonas increased and then decreased with three stages of kiwifruit development,coinciding with the process of kiwifruit canker disease,which indicates that the rhizosphere soil bacterial community is one of the infectious sources for the kiwifruit canker occurrence.In addition,it was found the abundance of flavobacteriaceae and comamonadaceae was higher in the canker samples than in the healthy samples,presumably positively correlated with the occurrence of kiwifruit canker disease.The abundances of Rhodospirillaceae,Thermomonosporaceae,Bacillus and Streptomyces were higher in the healthy samples than in the diseased samples,presumably playing an antagonistic role in the occurrence of kiwifruit canker disease.

    The influences of luteolin on the apoptosis,migration and invasion of human choroidal malignant melanoma cells by regulating Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway have been investigated.The cell viability of human choroidal malignant melanoma cells MuM-2C treated with luteolin at 0,5,10,15,20,25 μmol/L concentrations for 24 h was determined by CCK-8 method  to screen the appropriate concentration of drug action.The MuM-2C cells cultured in vitro were randomly grouped into three groups:control group,luteolin group and luteolin + lithium chloride group.After treatment with 15 μmol/L luteolin and 10 μmol/L lithium chloride,flow cytometry and Hoechst 33258 staining were performed to detect the apoptosis of MuM-2C cells;scratch test and Transwell test were performed to detect the migration and invasion of MuM-2C cells in each group;immunofluorescence was applied to detect the expression of apoptotic proteins BAX and BCL-2 in MuM-2C cells in each group;Western blotting was performed to detect the expression of EMT marker proteins (E-cadherin,N-cadherin,Vimentin) and Wnt/β-catenin signaling-related proteins (Wnt1,β-catenin) in MuM-2C cells in each group.The results showed that different doses of luteolin could inhibit the growth of MuM-2C cells,and the effect was enhanced with increasing doses within a certain range.Compared with the control group,the nuclei in the luteolin group were pyknotic,different in size,uneven in coloration,and showed bright blue fluorescence and obvious pathological phenomena of apoptosis,with the apoptosis rate,the ratio of BAX/BCL-2 and the expression of E-cadherin protein obviously increasing (P<0.05) and the cell migration rate and invasion number,and the expression of N-cadherin,Vimentin,Wnt1 and β-catenin proteins in cells obviously decreasing (P<0.05).Compared with the luteolin group,the pathological phenomenon of nuclear apoptosis in the luteolin + lithium chloride group was obviously reduced,with the apoptosis rate,the ratio of BAX/BCL-2 and the expression of E-cadherin protein obviously decreasing (P<0.05) and the cell migration rate and invasion number,and the expression of N-cadherin,Vimentin,Wnt1 and β-catenin proteins in cells obviously increasing (P<0.05).It can be concluded that luteolin can reduce the viability of MuM-2C cells,promote their apoptosis,and inhibit their migration and invasion by inhibiting the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway transduction.
    Effect of Guizhi Fuling Decoction-Containing Serum on Endometrial Cancer Cells

    The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Guizhi Fuling Decoction-containing serum in regulation of endometrial cancer cell proliferation,epithelium-mesenchymal transformation (EMT) and apoptosis through the regulation of inositol 3-phosphate kinase (PI3K) and protein kinase B (AKT).Seventy-two SD rats were divided into healthy group,high-dose Guizhi Fuling Decoction group,middle-dose Guizhi Fuling Decoction group,low-dose Guizhi Fuling Decoction group and oxaliplatin group.Corresponding doses of drugs were given by gavage,and blood was drawn from the abdominal aorta to prepare drug-containing serum.Human endometrial cancer HEC-B cells were cultured and grouped into control group,high-dose drug-containing serum group,medium-dose drug-containing serum group,low-dose drug-containing serum group,oxaliplatin serum group,high-dose drug-containing serum + pathway activator group.Corresponding serum and reagents were added to the cell culture medium of each group.The proliferation of cells in each group was detected by tetramethylazolyl blue (MTT) method;cell apoptosis in each group was detected by flow cytometry;the expression levels of EMT-related proteins E-cadherin (E-cadherin),cellular vimentin (Vimentin),N-cadherin (N-cadherin) and the phosphorylation levels of PI3K/AKT pathway-related proteins were detected by Western Blot.Compared with the control group,the cell survival rate,Vimentin,N-cadherin protein expression,PI3K and AKT phosphorylation levels in the high-dose drug-containing serum group,the medium-dose drug-containing serum group,and the low-dose drug-containing serum group were obviously decreased (P<0.05);while the apoptosis rate and E-cadherin protein expression were obviously increased (P<0.05),in a dose-dependent manner.Compared with the high-dose drug-containing serum group,the cell survival rate,Vimentin,N-cadherin protein expression,PI3K and AKT phosphorylation levels in the high-dose drug-containing serum + pathway activator group were obviously increased (P<0.05),and the apoptosis rate and E-cadherin protein expression were obviously decreased (P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in each index between the oxaliplatin serum group (P>0.05).Guizhi Fuling Decoction regulates the PI3K/AKT pathway to inhibit the phosphorylation of related proteins,hinder cell growth,aggravate cell apoptosis,relieve EMT,and thus alleviate the condition of uterine fibroids.

    From the perspective of social and cultural changes,the inheritance,protection,and development of traditional sports in ethnic villages in China have been analyzed.It is put forward that under the new historical conditions,four actions can be taken:first,the cultural identity of traditional sports in original ethnic villages should be strengthened;second,the protection of intangible culture heritage of traditional sports in ethnic villages should be enhanced;third,the government protection should be intensified by formulating protection countermeasures;fourth and the last,the inheritance and development of traditional sports in ethnic villages can be reinforced at school.

    The sports industry has become the pillar industry of China's national economy.Among them,the sports event broadcasting industry,which is generated by the broadcasting of sports events through emerging media such as TV and the Internet,is an important part of it.The broadcasting right of sports events is the core right of the sports event broadcasting industry.However,in practice,there are many disputes surrounding it,and the legal protection is insufficient.Relevant legal provisions are scattered in copyright law,contract law,anti-unfair competition law and other laws.Therefore,in order to promote the healthy development of sports industry in China,relevant legislation should be accelerated.The broadcasting right of sports events should be included in the protection of intangible property rights,and in the regulation of broadcasting organization rights,thereby creating a strong legal protection mechanism.
