Abstract: The mechanical characteristics of asymmetric high pier continuous rigid frame bridges with different pier heights were studied to obtain the internal force and displacement deformation characteristics of the main girders and piers of high pier continuous rigid frame bridges with different pier heights. The vertical displacement of the main girder increases with the increase of pier height, with an average increase of 14.3% at the maximum displacement, and the shear force of the main girder at the top of the pier decreases with the increase of pier height, with an average change of rate of 37.1%.
