    In this paper, the fractional optimization problem is turned into a constraint optimization problem with Dinkelbach method. With the properties of subdifferentials, some new constraint qualifications are introduced and some sufficient and necessary local/global optimality conditions for the constrained fractional programming problem are obtained.

    Using the related knowledge of matrix inequalities, the paper generalizes two simple real inequalities into the matrix trace and norm field by using Neumann inequality and some known real inequalities, and obtains the generalized form of matrix norm inequalities.

    For capturing autobiographical memory, a computational AM model for autobiographical memory is proposed. It is a three-layer network structure. Its bottom layer encodes event-specific knowledge comprising 5W1H and provides retrieval clues. The middle layer encodes events by associating the event-specific knowledge, and the top layer encodes episodes by associating related events. By following the bottom-up memory search procedure, the corresponding event and episode can be identified in the middle and top layers respectively. At the same time, the AM model can simulate the phenomenon of wandering in reminiscence through the retrieval process of regular memory. Experimental results based on a group of data sets show that the proposed computational AM model not only has robust and flexible memory retrieval, but, compared with the commonly used memory retrieval model based on keyword-based query method, has better response performance as well to noisy memory retrieval cues; it can also simulate the phenomenon of wandering in reminiscence.

    The MQX real-time operating system device driver management mode is analyzed, and the basic steps and methods of the underlying driver design and development under this mode are given. Aim at the problem that the device driver is too dependent on the operating system in this mode, which is not conducive to porting and reuse. By adding an interface driver layer at the I/O subsystem level and the underlying device driver layer to analyze and transmit device parameters, the device drivers are stripped from the operating system, and the efficiency of porting and reuse of the drive components is effectively improved. Experimental tests show that the device drive components designed by this method are stable and reliable.

    Based on the embedded devices such as raspberry pie, Minnowboard Max and DragonBoard 410C, taking the C# and C++ projects as examples, this paper discusses the program development methods based on windows 10 IOT core system, and obtains three program development methods. The operation process of Remote Machine deployment is the simplest, but is limited to C# project development; Windows IOT core web management deployment and power shell command are applicable to C# and C++ projects, and can be more widely applied than Remote Machine deployment.

    For the path tracking problem of mobile robots, the sliding mode controller of path tracking is designed based on the idea of inversion design. And the low-pass filter is used to reduce the interference in the control process effectively. Because the dynamic performance of the controller is not ideal, the constraint condition of bounded input is used to improve the control law and simplify the design of the controller. The simulation results show that the improved sliding mode controller has better tracking effect, faster dynamic response, and the path tracking control of mobile robots is global asymptotically stable.

    In the process of multi-antenna primary user signal detection, the maximum eigenvalue and the minimum eigenvalue of the sampling covariance matrix of the received signal are significantly different when the channel is idle and the channel is occupied. According to this observation, a new blind detection algorithm based on the eigenvalues of sampling covariance matrix is proposed. The ratio of the difference and sum of the maximum eigenvalue to the minimum eigenvalue of the sampling covariance matrix is used as the decision statistic. By introducing the latest results on the distribution of maximum eigenvalues and minimum eigenvalues of the sampled covariance matrices in the large-dimensional random matrix theory, an effective method for calculating decision threshold is proposed. Compared with the classical eigenvalue detection algorithm, the new algorithm has the advantage of accurate calculation of the decision threshold, and effectively improves the detection performance and the reliability of decision results. The feasibility and superiority of the new algorithm are verified by Monte Carlo simulation experiments.

    Based on ZigBee technology, a wireless temperature and humidity acquisition system is designed. The system is deployed in the environment. Nodes communicate spontaneously. The terminal acquisition node can send the temperature and humidity data of the environment to the coordinator for aggregation, and then send it to the host computer through serial port for real-time display. The coordinator can connect the cloud platform with the networking module. After subscribing to related topics, the mini program can also receive the data reported by the coordinator and see the changing tendency of the data. The system can not only be applied to the monitoring of family environment, but also to the industrial and agricultural production.

    With the basic principles of EKF and UKF, the target tracking methods of EKF and UKF based on observation distance are compared and analyzed.  The Matlab simulation results show that the fitting of UKF on real trajectory is more accurate. Meanwhile, it has smaller errors and better convergence as well.

    Based on finite element analysis (FEA) in ABAQUS software, a numerical simulation was proposed to accurately describe the damage behavior and performance of the model. Nonlinear constitutive relationships and other characteristics of different materials, influencing factors such as the length of CFRP, the layer number of CFRP and the wood interface under finger joints were under consideration. The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity is increased by CFRP. The stress is mainly concentrated on the CFRP material.

    The indoor geotechnical test was carried out on the full-strong weathered sandy slate. The compaction parameters, gradation composition, and liquid-plastic limit were analyzed to determine whether the undisturbed soil was suitable for the filling of highway subgrade. The main performance indexes of cement improvers were studied. The liquid plasticity index of cement-modified whole-strong weathered sandy slate was studied different ash-added amount. Through direct shear test, the amount of ash added and the presence or absence of confinement were considered. The effect of conditions on the strength of cement-modified full-strong weathered sandy slate was studied.

    In October 2015,a new species of the family Cobitidae, Bibarba wenliuensis sp. nov., was discovered from underground water in Qiubei County, Yunnan Province, China. It can be distinguished from its two congeners by the following combination of characteristics: body with no pigments and no scales, head smaller, eyes degenerated completely, dorsal fin with 6 branched rays, dorsal fin origin posterior to vertical of pelvic-fin origin, caudal-peduncle length 25.0% of SL, shorter rostral barbels, longer maxillo-mandibular barbels, caudal peduncle with long and distinct dorsal and ventral crests.

    Field survey was made on the community characteristics of wild Reevesia xuefengensis in Gaowangjie National Nature Reserve of Hunan Province in terms of habitat, quantitative characteristics of dominant population, vertical structure and population dynamics. The results showed that Reevesia xuefengensis and Cyclobalanopsis glauca were the dominant population in the community, which gave the name to the community as community of Reevesia xuefengensis and the Cyclobalanopsis glauca. The vertical structure of the community was obvious, which can be divided into three layers of arbor layer, shrub layer and herb layer, with less plant between the layers. The age-grade structure of Reevesia xuefengensis population was of bell type with decline tread; while that of Cyclobalanopsis glauca population was increasing. Cyclobalanopsis glauca will eventually replace Reevesia xuefengensis and forms a stable top-level community. The measures of planning protection scope, implementing dynamic protection management and strengthening artificial rejuvenation are put forward.

    Through the analysis of the development of Miao's traditional festival sports, it is proposed that cultural creativity is the main way for the coordinated development of traditional festival sports and tourism industry, which has already reached preliminary achievements and has become the new engine for Jishou's economic development. Seizing development opportunities, identifying the brand differences, and innovating the ethnic sports culture and tourism through  ecological measures are the way for the coordinated development of Miao's traditional ethnic festival sports and tourism industry. The contradiction between ethnic sports culture development and culture inheritance, the weakening of cultural identity, the self-interest of the government and the enterprise, and so on, are problems which deserve our great attention.
