    With respect to the hesitant trapezoidal fuzzy multi-attribute decision making problems (MADM),we consider the interrelationships among expert arguments and combin Bonferroni mean value with the hesitant trapezoidal fuzzy sets (HTrFS),and then we define the hesitant trapezoidal fuzzy Bonferroni mean operator (HTrFBM) and its weighted form.The properties of the operator are discussed according to the hesitant trapezoidal fuzzy operational laws.MASM based on the weighted hesitant trapezoidal fuzzy Bonferroni mean operator (WHTrFBM) is proposed,and the effectiveness of the operator is verified by numerical illustration.

    By analyzing the characteristics of TextCNN,TextRNN and other models,a text classification model combining convolutional neural network and recurrent neural network is realized.The model is tested on the "SMS Spam Collection v.1" dataset and  evaluated by AUC and Precision.The result shows that the model has good robustness and can accurately identify spam.

    The existing learning resource recommendation can not offer personalized resources according to the individual learning proficiencies.For that disadvantage,a personalized learning resource recommendation method based on knowledge state is proposed.Firstly,the knowledge graph is constructed according to the relationship between knowledge points.Then,according to the learner's knowledge state,the knowledge point vector to be learned is generated.Finally,the similarity iterative algorithm is designed to match the learning resources that are most suitable for the learner.The experimental results show that the method has good recommendation effect and performance.

    According to the statistical characteristics of the encoding parameter offset using string matching to code the computer screen content and Webpage Content,an offset rotation mapping algorithm based on string matching (ORMSM) for screen content coding is proposed.It is implemented on the basis of LZ4HC.The algorithm mainly consists of an offset rotation mapping range from 1 and w and a special position search of image width for the offset parameter.Compared with SMHPLC,PNG and HEVC (x265) algorithms,experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has obvious advantages of high performance and ultra-low coding complexity.

    A precise and real-time rice traceability system based on WSN and RFID is designed to trace rice planting,storage,processing,transportation and sales.Using CC2530 wireless module to transmit the collected rice growth environment data,and using RFID to trace the information of rice harvest,storage,transportation and processing,we constructs the traceability database and the docking of the electronic e-commerce platform of agricultural products.The design  makes a complete data chain between agricultural producers,agricultural products and consumers,and has  important application value in promoting the development and construction of agricultural information and agricultural products.

    Aiming at the problem of severe tool wear during high speed cutting of super-strength steel,high speed cutting experiments on super-strength steel were carried out using cermet tools to establish a prediction model of tool wear rate.Taking cutting speed,feed and axial cutting depth as design variables,and minimum tool wear rate and maximum cutting efficiency as optimization objectives,the optimal combination of cutting process parameters was obtained by optimizing the cutting process parameters based on genetic algorithm.

    The lithium-rich manganese cathode material Li1.2Ni0.2Mn0.6O2was prepared by sol-gel method.In the early stage of metalion solution preparation,the structure,morphology and electrochemistry of Li1.2Ni0.2Mn0.6O2were analyzed with addition of x=0,6%,12%,36%,48% glucose(x=glucose quality/metal reagent quality).Addition can significantly increase the material's initial discharge specific capacity.The initial discharge specific capacity of 0.05C increased from 174 mAh/g without added glucose material to 265.9 mAh/g with added glucose x=12%.The rate performance test results show that the addition of glucose can significantly improve the material rate performance.The material with added glucose x=48% has the best rate performance.The initial discharge specific capacity reached 141 mAh/g.After the cycle test of 0.05C,0.1C,0.2C,0.5C,and 1C,the recycling test was performed 30 times for 0.1C,the specific discharge capacity was 110 mAh/g,and the capacity retention rate was 78%.

    An experiment has been carried out on the effect of different factors on the absorption of malachite green by Loropetalum chinense var. rubrum leaf powder,including absorbent powder particle size,pH value,initialconcentration of malachite green,adsorbent biomass,ionic strength and metal ions.The results showed that the adsorption effect was the best with the blade powder particles of 80 mesh,the initial pH of 6.0,the initial dye concentration of 80 mg/L and the adsorption dose of 50 mg.Taking NaNO3 as an example,when the ionic strength was 1 mol/L,the adsorption rate was the highest,with the sodium ion having the greatest effect.At the same time,the experimental data have been fitted to the adsorption kinetics model.The fitting results showed that the adsorption process of this experiment was consistent with the quasi-second-order kinetics equation.It is concluded that the adsorption of malachite green by L. chinense var. rubrum was of chemical adsorption.

    Based on the survey of community residents in Xuefeng Mountain Area,and according to the MOA (Motivation-Opportunity-Ability) model,this paper constructed a model of community participation in pro-poor tourism and analyzed the influences and mechanism construction of community residents' participation in pro-poor tourism through multiple linear regression and structural equation analysis.Results show that participation opportunity has significant positive influence on participation ability,participation opportunity and participation ability promote the formation of participation motivation and indirectly promote community participation.The participation motivation,participation opportunity and participation ability are actively and remarkably involved in the community participation.Among them,participation ability has the most significant impact on community participation in pro-poor tourism.Among the three different levels of community participation,the community residents in Xuefeng Mountain Area are in the second level,which is the positive participation.Therefore,in order to strengthen participation motivation of community residents,guarantee the participation opportunity,enhance the participation ability,promote the self-development and broaden the scope of community participation,this paper suggests that we should integrate the various elements of community participation in pro-poor tourism and construct a community participation mechanism that includes motivation mechanism,safeguard mechanism,identification mechanism and self-development mechanism.

    AHP-GEMS model of  cluster competitiveness measurement is established for Chinese salamander industry in Zhangjiajie,which includes four factor pairs and covers eight elements,and designs 34 evaluation indexes such as resources.AHP is applied to determine the weight of indexes,and GEMS model to make quantification and evaluation.The analysis results showed that the score of the competitiveness of Chinese salamander industrial cluster in Zhangjiajie is 582.55,which  is at the national level  and has strong cluster competitive advantages.The results also reveals the bottlenecks of Chinese salamander industry development in Zhangjiajie,for instance,limited domestic and foreign market,imcomplete deep processing industrial chain,low quality and education of employees,deficient transportation as well as insufficient communication facilities.In response to the disadvantages,suggestions are put forward to strengthen the integration of domestic and international markets,infrastructure construction and sustainable development,industry and tourism construction,and industrial development reform and innovation.

    Through collection,screening and rational analysis of comprehensive evaluation indicators,a comprehensive evaluation index system for the development of characteristic agricultural towns was constructed,including economic development,social progress,ecological environment,urban-rural integration,and modern agriculture,and the TOPSIS method was adopted for the empirical study.The results show that the pace of agricultural modernization is not consistent with the  sustainable development;the "four modernizations" have not achieved coordinated development;rapid urbanization  has not promoted  urban-rural integration.In response to these problems,it is proposed to improve the characteristics of economic development,strengthen inter-regional resource interaction,transform traditional agriculture,and optimize the development environment of agricultural modernization.

    Thirteen cities (regions) in Hunan Province are taken as the research object,six evaluation indicators are selected,and the economic adaptability of medical and health care development in Hunan Province is studied by factor analysis method.The health care development level and differences between cities in Hunan Province are evaluated.The results show that there is a significant correlation between the development of medical and health care  and economic development.The  economic development is consistent with the development of medical and health care.The investment in health care is the primary factor affecting the development of health care.The development of medical and health care in various cities of Hunan Province is imbalanced,and so it is necessary to increase the investment in health care and accelerate the economic development of underdeveloped areas in western Hunan.
