To realize face recognition of different age groups, gradient magnitude and gradient direction are used to measure the image similarity.Firstly, face images from database FG-NET are preprocessed. The HOG algorithm is used to extract the feature values, and then the PCA method is used to reduce the feature values. Finally, the samples are input into the SVM for training, and the face recognition is matched. The matching degree is up to 90.91%.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.

An impedance inversion method via the anisotropic total variation regularization and the initial model constraint is presented. In order to make use of the spatiotemporal information of the seismic data and improve the lateral continuity of the inversion results,multi-trace inversion is used in this method. The experimental results show that even in the case of strong noise interference, this method can achieve good inversion results with small errors.

Because the influence of vacuum contribution on the chiral phase transition, the mean-field approximation is used for quark condensate to obtain the thermodynamic potential, and the PV normalization is used to generate a convergent vacuum contribution in the thermodynamic potential. The model parameters are then redetermined. The solution of the equilibrium equation is applied to determine changes of the condensateas with temperature and chemical potential, and then the influence of vacuum contribution on the chiral phase transition is explained by the condensation and phase diagram. For zero chemical potential, the addition of vacuum contribution will make the  condensaes dissolve slowly, and the temperature and chemical potential corresponding to the phase transition boundary will be higher;the increase of the mσ will make the quark condensaes dissolve slowly.

To investigate the effects of gymnocladas saponin's  antioxidant and DNA damage intervention capacity on rats with high cholesterol levels as well as the effects of gymnocladas saponin on serum cholesterol and relative serum biochemical indexes on targets,48 healthy rats were randomly divided into three groups:a control group,a low concentration gymnocladas saponin group and a high concentration gymnocladas saponin group.Rats of three groups respectively fed with 0,80,200  mg/kg  gymnocladas saponin, who then have DNA damage and high cholesterol levels are induced by H2O2 (0,6,12,18 μmol/L) of different concentration. After 60 days, the collection of the blood sample obtained with the kits are used to test serum level and activity of malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) as well as the damage of lymphocyte DNA by single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE).As a result of the test, compared with the control group, the different content of MDA and the different activity of GSH in the low concentration gymnocladas saponin group and the high concentration gymnocladas saponin group have statistical significance. The low concentration of gymnocladas saponin group and the high concentration of gymnocladas saponin groups' serum total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),apolipoprotein B (apoB) are significantly reduced, especially in the high concentration of gymnocladas saponin group. At the same time, the bile acid excretion in two groups of rats increases. The diffenrence of Apolipoprotein A-Ⅰ (apoA-Ⅰ) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) level effect has no statistical significance. This illustrates that gymnocladas saponin can effectively reduce the level of plasma cholesterol, and can have significant effect on the content of GSH and MDA in serum of healthy young rats and on the protection of DNA damage induced by H2O2.

A Cu/Fe-cocatalyzed cascade addition/cyclizaion/cross-coupling of N-methacryloyl halobenzamides with azo reagents toward dual tert-alkylating isoquinolinediones was developed.Under the synergistic CuI/Fe catalysis, alkyl azo reagent mediated a cascade addition/cyclization of N-alkyl-N-methacryloyl halobenzamides, followed by further radical cross-coupling via the cleavage of C—Cl bond with site selectivity, leading to a series of dual tert-alkylating isoquinolinediones in 41%~78% yields. The reaction realized the radical cross-coupling of azo reagent with hyper-conjugated free radicals arising from a prior dearomatzation of methacryloyl halobenzamides and constructed the carbon (tertiary) -carbon bond at the position of C—Cl bond, thereby providing a new idea exploring the tertiary alkyl-aryl cross-coupling reactions.

Ethnic areas are rich in tourism resources, and  so poverty alleviation through tourism is effective. However, given the depth of poverty, the large area of poverty, and the complexity of poverty, there is still  much to do in poverty alleviation through tourism. It is necessary to offer sustainable support,to increase investment, and to encourage the engagement of impoverished people. Through these ways, the income of impoverished people can be improved.
