The diffusion performance of diffusion layer affects the anti-attack ability of all the cipher structure,and the linear branch number is an important indicator to measure the diffusion performance;the bigger the branch number is,the stronger the ability to resist differential and linear cryptanalysis.The optimal diffusion layer composed by cyclic matrix can recycle the existing resources,so the implementation performance is more superior.As the necessary and sufficient condition of branch number to achieve maximum is that each sub-determinant is not zero,the paper constructs an algorithm based on this condition which can generate cyclic matirx with optimal diffusion and verify whether a matrix meets the optimal diffusion.A lot of eight order cyclic matrixes with optimal diffusion are obtained for the first time.A construction method of a class of four order cyclic matrix with the optimal diffusion is presented,and an error in reference is also corrected.The experiment results show that the number of the cyclic matrix with optimal diffusion is distributed evenly.

By applying the perturbation approximation method to dispersion equation of symmetrical metal-Cladding dielectric medium waveguide,the author finds that when the thickness of waveguide layer decreases to sub millimeter range,the effective index will approach zero,and the ultrahigh-order modes are no longer related to polarization.Then the author defines the sensitivity of waveguide,and gets its relationship with effective index,thickness,wavelength and dielectric constant.When the effective index approaches zero,the ultrahigh-order modes will have a super high sensitivity.This theory is of certain directive significance to biosensor and photoelectronic device.

By the laser beam deflection effect in air density gradient field,the laser deflection diagnosis system was designed,and the air density change dused by the aeronautical plasma actuators was diagnosed.The results showed that the air density decreased by -1.7% in the vicinity of the upper electrode’s edge between two electrodes,and increased by 0.27% in the vicinity of the lower electrode’s edge between two electrodes.The measurement results were consistent with the results of other means.But the diagnosis of the laser deflection system is faster and more effective.

In order to generate complex hyperchaotic attractor,a new four-dimensional hyperchaotic system based on a three-dimensional chaotic system is built.The phase diagram, time response, power spectrum,bifurcation diagram and Lyapunov exponents spectrum diagram and fractal dimension of the system are analyzed by means of nonlinear techniques.Results show this system is a new four-dimensional hyperchaotic system with two positive Lyapunov exponents when its parameters satisfy certain conditions.The new system’s complex dynamical behavior can be periodic,complex periodic,quasi-periodic,chaotic and hyperchaotic as the parameter varies.

Taking the highway in Guangxi province as the example，the physical and mechanical performance of carbon shale is tested.The strength of carbon shale increases with the degree of compaction augment,while the strength greatly decreases under the condition of water immersion carbon shale.Using the strength reduction finite element method,the influence on compaction and rainfall for carbon shale embankment stability is analyzed by large finite element calculation software.The results show that the safety coefficient of embankment will increase,when the compaction degree increases;while it will significantly decline with rainfall.When the compaction degree is up to more than 93%,the carbon shale high-filled embankment slope will be steady-going.

The acdS gene encoding an ACC deaminase was amplified by PCR from genomic DNA of Pseudomonas koreensis JDM-2,and the PCR product was ligated into the pMD18-T vector and then sequenced.The acdS gene was excised from plasmid pMD18ACDS by double digestion with BanHⅠand HindⅢ,and cloned into the prokaryotic expression vector pQE30 to provide plasmid of pQE30ACDS.The ACC deaminase was expressed in Escherichia coli BL21 harboring the plasmid pQE30ACDS by IPTG induction.The sequence analyses showed that the acdS gene was 1 017 bp in length,DNA homology of the acdS genes between the Pseudomonas koreensis JDM-2 and the previously reported different bacterial strains in GenBank was 86% to 99%.The SDS-PAGE analyses showed a single protein band with a molecular weight of 39 kDa expressed in Escherichia coli BL21,and its enzyme activity was 0.214 U/mg.

To explore the measures to preserve and exploit the ancient trees in Jishou,the field survey was conducted.The results are shown as follows:(1)there exist 1 013 ancient trees of 60 species,belonging to 29 families,43 genera,of which the largest number species were Liquidambar formosana (250) and Pistacia chinensis (159),taking up 24.7% and 15.7% respectively;(2)the number of Grade I ancient trees is 12(taking up 1.2%),the number of Grade II is 84 (taking up 8.3%),the number of Grade III is 917 (taking up 90.5%),and the oldest tree is 850 years old;(3)the ancient trees mainly exist in two towns,156 in Majingao and 155 in Paihou,taking up 15.4% and 15.3% respectively;(4)the ancient trees are mainly distributed behind the residents houses or in front of the villages(448 trees) and in small forests(238),which take up 44.2% and 23.5% respectively;(5)126 ancient trees are state-owned (12.4%),863 are collective-owned (85.2%),24 are individual-owned (2.4%).According to the survey,protection measures and development of these ancient trees are discussed.

Studies on Five Anthropological Traits of Miao Nationality in Hunan

Five anthropological traits of total 562 people of Miao nationality(252 males,310 females ),including thumb type,palmar digital formula,nail type,planta digital formula and single flexion crease were investigated.The findings indicated that:(1)the frequency of straight thumb was 83.27%,the over stretch was 16.73%,the ring finger was mostly longer than the index finger,the frequency of longer ring finger was 89.32%,the frequency of longer index finger was 10.68%,the frequency of flat nail was 45.55%,the frequency of non-flat nail was 54.45%,the frequency of longer first toe was 44.31%,the frequency of longer second toe was 55.69%,the frequency of single flexion crease was 7.12% (much lower than that of without it);(2)the frequency of straight thumb had remarkable sex difference(P<0.05),the frequencies of longer ring finger had a remarkable sex difference（P<0.01）,the nail type,the tip of toe long and single flexion crease didn't have remarkable sex difference（P>0.05）;(3)no correlation occurred between the 5 traits.

Chlorogenic acid and flavonoids were simultaneously extracted by ethanol with the aid of ultrasonic treatment from leaves and rattan of Lonicera japonica and then isolated by ethyl ecetate and macroporous resin D101.The purification of soluble flavonoid and chlorogenic acid was achieved by re-crystallization with ethanol and N-Hexane phase separation,respectively.Results showed that two products (A and B) were obtained and identified to be chlorogenic acid and soluble flavonoid.The chlorogenic acid content in product A was 91.2% with a yield of 1.23% and the flavonoid content in product B was 84.5% with a yield of 0.50%.The proposed method has been used to obtain flavonoids and chlorogenic acid from leaves and rattan of Lonicera japonica with satisfactory results.

There is deficiency in traditional surgery and endoscopic treatment for nasal polyps,so prednisone was administrated to the patients in observation group every day in a week of preoperative and three days of afteroperation.Then the patients in the observation group accepted beclometasone dipropionate nasal spray in six months of afteroperation.According to the results,both volume of bleeding and length of stay as well as recurrence were reduced if therapeutic schedule was accepted.

The matrine-type of alkaloids,a kind of natural product,which mostly exist in leguminous plants are of various pharmacological activities.Matrine attributes to treating those diseases in cardiovascular system.Previous studies has indicated that the functions of matrine on cardiovascular system contain anti-arrhythmic,anti-chronic cardiac insufficiency,anti-fiberization etc,and explained the mechanisms of those activities.This article intends to summarize the research progress of matrine’s effects on cardiovascular system and its mechanisms in recent 10 years.The research in this paper indicates that matrine exerts its pharmacological activities by its effects on ion channel,active protein and signal transduction pathway.

The research on the corporate value of relationship mainly focuses on the financial performance and the adjustment variables,such as scale,operation period and system of ownership.This paper pays great attention to the corporate value about relationship between the boundary spanners.The survey data from 148 copies of valid questionnaires show that the relationship of the boundary spanners has a positive effect on financial performance,the impact of the relationship on corporate performance has been reverse regulated respectively by enterprise scale and operation period,and the system of ownership plays a regulatory role in the relation between the relationship and financial performance.
