Abstract: There is deficiency in traditional surgery and endoscopic treatment for nasal polyps,so prednisone was administrated to the patients in observation group every day in a week of preoperative and three days of afteroperation.Then the patients in the observation group accepted beclometasone dipropionate nasal spray in six months of afteroperation.According to the results,both volume of bleeding and length of stay as well as recurrence were reduced if therapeutic schedule was accepted.
