Based on bond order-length-strength theory and local bond average approach, the thermal parameters of the transition metals MoSe
2
and WSe
2
were quantitatively analyzed, and the functional relations of thermal expansion coefficient (TEC), lattice constant, thermal strain and temperature were established.It reveals the physical mechanism of the temperature effect of the thermal parameters of the layered semiconductor material: TEC is directly proportional to the Debye temperature and specific heat capacity, and is inversely proportional to the atomic cohesive energy. The lattice constant, thermal strain and temperature are linear when the temperature is higher than one third of the material's Debye temperature. Debye temperatures of MoSe
2
and WSe
2
were 276, 260 K.

A discrete spatially adaptive total variation image registration model is established by introducing spatial adaptive regularization parameters, and an effective fixed point method is given by combining the first-order Taylor expansion. Experimental results show that the image obtained from the spatial adaptive total variation registration model has better quality and requires less iterative time than the total variation registration model.

With incident light of different angles,the conditions for the phenomenon of spectral line absence occuring and being observed are theoretically deducted.By the means of numerical simulation,the condition for the phenomenon of spectral line absence under the vertical incidence is verified.And with incident light of with different angles the spectral line absence is compared.The results show that the phenomenon meets

.The difference between the two incidences is that the observed range of the spectral line’s absence striation is different to some extent under the same experimental conditions.

Crop pests and diseases monitoring and forecasting is an important part of the key to agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation,and to ensure that effective supply of major agricultural products.At present,it is widespread phenomenon that the accuracy and timeliness of work pest monitoring and early warning is greatly restricted because of “Information isolated island”.“AHP-based CBR Warning Decision” model was proposed,which using Web Service technology,designed and developed a monitoring and warning system based on SOA structure in Anhui Crop pests and diseases,and put it into application.This early warning system has achieved collecting standardized,transmission networking,analysis standardized,graphical processing,publishing visualization,reporting institutionalized,management automation,intelligent decision-making of Anhui crop pest data work.The practical result of six years showed significant efficiency at all levels of Anhui plant protection stations,in terms of accuracy and timeliness of decision-making in early warning.

First,dark matter and dark energy are introduced.Next,it is pointed out that both positive and negative energy must exist in the relativistic quantum mechanics,and accordingly the negative matter is proposed.The negative matter may be the simplest dark matter.Furthermore,a possible representation of dark matter in quantum field theory is proposed.Then the universe and the negative matter are discussed.Finally,some problems are summarized.

To improve the sharpness of the hazy image,utilizing the prior dark-channel method and the multiscale Retinex (MSR) algorithm,a defogging algorithm based on the prior dark-channel and the theory of Retinex is proposed in this paper.First of all,the prior dark-channel method is applied to dehaze the original image in physically,and the detail of image is thus enhanced.Then,the image obtained is treated as the originated input of the MSR algorithm.After that the contrast and average brightness of the final image are improved.Simulation shows that the contrast of hazy image is increased,the average brightness of image is moderate,and the overall effect is good.Furthermore,the clarity of hazy image can be improved in some extent.
