Abstract: The protonema of Dolichomitriopsis diversiformis (Mitt.) Nog. being used as explants,the effects of two hormones,2,4-D and 6-BA,on the induction of its callus were studied,and the changes of protonema cells were recorded by using the microscope.Results showed that hormones were necessary on its callus induction,2,4-D (0.5～1.5　mg/L) had no effect on callus induction,while 6-BA (1.0～1.5　mg/L) had an obvious effect on it.
