Abstract: The abuse of modern distance education (MDE) was set forth，and the superiority of Web3D in MDE was set forth in this pager.The particular techniques of Web3D were studied，and the concrete applications of using Web3D in MDE were researched.Then,beautiful prospect applying Web3D for MDE was expected.
