Abstract: The influencing factors on the physical education effect for college girls are investigated and analyzed.It is pointed out that,to improve the quality of physical educations for college girls,it is necessary to carry out an all-sided reform in the content of the course,the teaching methods,and the teaching objectives;and it is also necessary to bring physical education in full play from theory and practice,so that students’ sports capacity can be cultivated and the basis for lifelong physical education be established.
