Abstract: Taking Hunan Agricultural University as an example,through self-designed questionnaire，a survey on the self-cognition of entrepreneurial consciousness and ability was conducted among 2 330 students of different grade and majors.Through statistic analysis,some conclusion were obtained which are a good reference for related theoretical and practical wtudy.
