Abstract: Chlorogenic acid imprinted polymer (MIP) micropheres were prepared by precipitation polymerization method using chlorogenic acid as template, acrylamide as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as cross-linker and AIBN as initiator, respectively. The influence of the amounts of solvent, functional monomer, initiator and cross-linker on the polymer behavior in the rebinding of the template was discussed. The molecularly imprinted polymer prepared under the conditions of 50 mL of porogen,0.25 mmol template compound,1 mmol MAA,10 mmol EGDMA and 12.23 mg initiator,is of the highest binding capacity to the template molecule.
