Abstract: Objective:To discuss the curative effect and safety of specific immunotherapy of perennial rhinitis.Method:52 patients diagnosed perennial allergic rhinitis be given specific immunotherapy.Result:The curative effect of immunotherapy is 84.6%.Local response is the main side effect and the rate of systematic reaction is 1.9%.Conclusion:Specific immunotherapy is a safe and effective treatment,which aims directly at the causes of perennial allergic rhinitis.
