Abstract: Dynamic degradations of dry matter ( DM) , organic matter ( OM) , neutral detergent fiber ( NDF) and acid detergent fiber ( ADF) of waste material from fungal culture (WMFC) through microorganism fermentation were measured by nylon bag technology in three steers installing rumen fistula. The dynamic degradations of DM and OM and NDF and ADF of WMFC through microorganism fermentation increased (P<0. 01) by 13. 53%, 16. 17%, 19. 72% and 19.60% respectively. The rates of degradation were faster, and the lay times were shorter. The results show that the nutrient value of WMFC by microoganism fermentation is improved.
