Abstract: Sangzhi county is located between 109°41′ and 110°46′ E, 29°17′~ 29°84′E, covering an area of 3 526 km². This paper, based on the summary of current situation of the degraded ecosystem of Sangzhi county, studies the causes and effects of the degraded ecosystem and puts foruard several appropriate suggestions about the preventive countermeasure.
