Abstract:

In consideration of abundant mineral resources in Xiushan County，this paper，based on a full analysis of exploitation and utilization status of mineral resources，applies Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to layer indexes and determines the weight of each index.Then，with the application of an averaging comparison method to quantitatively correct the indexes of sustainable mineral resource development in Xiushan County and a comprehensive weighted sum method as well，the sustainable development value of Xiushan County is shown to be 0.66，which suggests that Xiushan county is in the medium ability of sustainable development stage.Finally，according to the evaluation result，the suggestions and countermeasures of sustainable mineral resource development of Xiushan County have been put forward.
