Analysis on the Regional Difference of Educational Poverty Alleviation Effect in Extremely Impoverished Areas:Case Study of 8 Counties (Cities) of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture

Abstract: Poverty is not only a reflection of the shortage of impoverished people's livelihood source, but also a consequence of the shortage of their ability and opportunities. Educational poverty alleviation aims at solving the problem of capacity shortage of poor people.At present, China's investment in educational poverty alleviation keeps increasing, but the benefits show significant regional differences. Taking Enshi Prefecture as an example, the study selects the data of 8 counties and cities, uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the operation mechanism and poverty alleviation performance of education poverty alleviation of each county and city, and analyzes the regional difference of educational poverty alleviation with ArcGIS. Some suggestions are thus put forward.
