带约束PSO算法的最优多带协作式频谱感知

Optimal Multiband Collaborative Spectrum Sensing Algorithm Based on Constrained PSO Algorithm

摘要:针对无约束粒子群优化(PSO)算法在进行多带协作频谱感知时存在难以控制系统总干扰的问题,设计了一种带约束PSO算法的最优多带协作式频谱感知方法.该方法通过引入惩罚函数,将带约束条件下的优化问题转化为无约束优化问题.仿真实验结果表明,相对于无约束PSO算法,带约束PSO算法能够解决带约束的多带协作式频谱感知问题,所得最优解满足约束条件,避免造成总干扰过大.

Abstract: For the difficulties in controlling the total interference of the system with unconstrained PSO algorithm,an optimal multiband cooperative spectrum sensing method based on constrained Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm is proposed.This algorithm transforms the constrained optimization problem into an unconstrained optimization problem by introducing a penalty function.Compared with the traditional solutions based on unconstrained PSO algorithm,the proposed constrained PSO algorithm can effectively solve the constrained multiband cooperative spectrum sensing optimization problem,and the optimal solution meets the constraints to avoid excessive total interference.
