In the present experiment, fifteen amino acids in the root and stem of Rhododendron Simsii Planch( dry sample) were measured with o- phthalic aldehyde- -mercaptoethanol precolum denivalization, reversed- phase gradient elution and fluoresence detection.There are 12. 74 amino acids in the root, and 5.30 of them are essential amino acids.There are 8.41 amino acids in the stem, and 3.52 of them are essential amino acids.The satisfactory separation was obtained by this analyt ical method. The mean recovery could reach 93.6%, the mean Vaniation coefficient of retention time of fif teen amino acids was 1.0 ± 0.4% ( mean ± S. D) , while that of peak area was 4.2±0.8% , in the range of 10 pmol to 2 nmol, the amounts were linearly related with the peak areas( r=0. 987±0. 009, mean ±S. D) .

According to the result of the experiment of the study of Li tsea cubeba callus’ induction culture, callus is induced easily from explants with a wide range of auxin( 2, 4- D and NAA) in combination with proper cytokinin concentration in MS medium. Dif ferent types of plant hormone and its different concentration have some effect on the growth of callus. The medium with 2, 4- D 2. 0+ 6- BA 2. 0(mg/L) is the optimized one for callus growth. The favorable pH of the medium is in the range of 5. 3~ 5. 8.

There are about 21 species wild vegetable of ferns plant belonging to 13 genera and 16 families in West-Hunan of China, most of them are middle-lower elevation types. The flora is featured by tropical and subtropical elements and the plants have widespread, it shows the value of exploitation is big. In view of the some practical problems about exploitation at present of wild vegetable of Ferns plant in West- Hunan, we thought that we must exploit as quickly as possible at one side, and the other side, we must launch scientific research to the resources.

The influence of storage method, prestorage fruit quali ty on No. 1 MiLiang Kiwifruit storage ability was studied and the fruit flesh firmness and SSC( soluble solid content) were determined. Results showed that No. 1 MiLiang’s uninjured fruit may be kept in storage as long as 90 days.The flesh firmness of the fruit decreased and the SSC in-creased sharply during the first 30 days in CA storage.

To link the Chinese maturity groups system with the US system, 48 of 13 MGs from the US and 256 land races from China were tested. The soybeans from China were classified into 000, 00, 0, Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅸ. It was shown that the spring sowing soybeans from Middle and Lower Changjiang Valley Soybean Cultivating Region were grouped into 0~Ⅵ , and that summer sowing soybeans were grouped into Ⅲ~Ⅷ . In addition, the geographical distribut ion of maturity groups of spring or summer sowing soybeans from Middle and Lower Changjiang Valley Soybean Cultivating Region was also presented in this paper.

The tectofugal pathway is one of mainly visual pathways, it is composed of retine, tecta, necleus rotundus and ectost riatum. Among these structures exist topographic projections. Neurons, in the pathways, have dif ferent characteristics of receptive fields and reponse models to different stimulation. These structures may be more concerned with the analysis of directionality, orientation and velocity of moving objects, and the processing of colors, contours, figure/grpimd segregation, visually guided orientation, prey-catching and avoidance responses etc. The tectofugal pathway seems remarkably well-adapted to process specific visual information about object motion while ignoring most classes of self-induced visual motion.

In this paper, we have introduced a measuring and controlling system of vibrometer;standardizing technology on gvalue of vibrometer and introduced especially technology to reduce the standardizing errors. On the basis, we have introduced communication and programming technique in this data acquisition with model HP34401A digital multimeter and computer. By utilizing this system , we standardize and collect many I/O characteristic curve for instrument grade piezoresistive silicon accelerometer jointly developed by ourselves. We have obtained satis fyingly reliable results.

The generalized even and odd coherent states of a q-Deformation Non-harmonic Oscillator(E-O q- NHCSs) a reconstructed, their Higher-Order Squeezing and Antibunching Prope rties are studied in detai l. It is increasing the Squeezing effect in different parameter ranges.With q- deformation increasing, the squeezing effect of E q-NHCSs a re weakened and those of O q- NHCSs are enhanced.The E q- NHCSs appear high- order(N≥2) a ntibunching properties while the Oq- NHCSs appear high- order bunching properties in some ranges of the parameter q and r² with the q- deformation in -creasing. Both antibunching effects of E q- N HCSs and bunching effects of O q- NHCSs are enhanced.

This paper studied the influence of alcohol yield caused by alkoli consistence in furfural cannizzaro reaction, final lygot the most accurate alkalicons is tence as 33% and increased the alcohol yield from 65.5% to 75.9%. By using solid catalysts tannous oxidees terification we synthesized furfurl acetate and studied the influence of ester yield caused by alcohol/acid mole ratio, the quanti ty of catalyst.Finally we got the best reaction condition in which ester yield was 80.9%.

A new ligand, N,N’- bis(2- amino phenyl oxamide) abbreviated (as H₂L) and its several complexes of copper (Ⅱ) are prepared. Using in situ hybridization technique with Diglabeled probe, the expression of p53 gene in mice’s embryo development has been studied in this thesis, the results can be summarized as fellows: p53 gene does not take part in the formation of organ proimordia during the development of embryo of age 9 ds and 10 ds. It takes part in the further process of organ differentiation ( concerned organs include eyes, brain, heart, lung, backbone and cranium viscerale,except liver) . On the one hand, p53 gene takes part in the cell regulation during embryo development, and on the other hand, it also takes part in coming processes, which do not relate with cell cycle. There are different regulation mechanisms in the different organs.

St ructures observed with experimentally deformed clay gouge provide information that may be used to identify the seismic behavior of natural fault zones. In laboratory friction experiments clay gouge exhibits two modes of behavior:one can only result in stable fault creep, and the other may result in stick slip, but has the potential large earthquakes.Microstructures that form during these experiments reflect the deformation style of the clay gouge. Pervaded deformation results from aseismic fault creep, and localized deformation results from seismic slip. Pervaded deformation produces preferred orientation of the clay grain ( S foliation) . The orientation of the S foliation gives some information on the magnitude of bulk shear strain. Localized defromation forms Riedel and Y shears. Similar structures occur within a natural F7 fault in Xiao Wan,Yunnan. The resulting shows stagle creep ratio about 43~ 52 in F7 fault.
