    Objects investigated are usually interpreted as multifractals with the double logarithmic relationship between scale (r) and capacity value N(r) consisting of two straight segments.But such features can be caused by the observations of normal distribution.Based on case analysis,this paper argues that fractal theory does not apply perfectly to the objects of random distribution.

    On Februay 19,2001,the B-share market of China was open to domestic residents legally.A larger number of domestic investors pour into the B-share market,which has produced dramatic effect on the risk structure of the B-share market.In this paper,the family of GARCH model was applied in modeling and analyzing Shenzhen B-share market,which was divided into two stages from Februay 19,2001 and the total review period samples.According to the comparison and study of the basic statistical results and the estimators of the model’s parameters of the return series,the necessity and rationality of phased modeling are proved.The phased GARCH model has found that the investment environment of Chinese B-share market has changed gradually for the better,and become more and more regulated,it is becoming a mature stock market.

    The k-error linear complexity of a sequence has been used as one of the important measure of keystream strength.In order to better depict and study randomicity of sequences,the k-error sequencesedistribution that corresponds with LCk(sLC(s+e) is discussed by studying the distribution of k-error linear complexity of binary sequences  (s) with period 2n.Based on Games-Chan algorithm,it is proposed that the computation of k-error linear complexity should be converted to finding error sequences with minimal Hamming weight.For k=4,some the counting functions on the k-error sequences of 2n-periodic binary sequences with linear complexity less than 2n are derived.

    This paper studies the association rules data mining,the concept of interestingness and  algorithm design based on the concept.Taking vocational college’s achievement database for processing object，this paper analyzes the association rules of courses;and with interestingness as constraint conditions,deceptive invalid association rules are eliminated,and some reliable interesting association rules of courses are discovered.This paper provides reference for vocational college curriculum design and syllabus revision，and it also verifies the validity of the algorithm.

    Distributing character of fields in SWS is analysed.A method which makes use of the Magic code to compute rapidly dispersion in SWS and to depict it’s curves is proposed.Taking a specific construction as an example,the process of using the method is described elaborately.Meanwhile,the theory of the method is analyzed.Combining the theory of electronmagnetic and distributing character of fields in SWS,the feasibility of the method is proved.Although there is somewhat error in the result,it is easily and rapidly operated,so there are some realistic values in the design of some microwave electron structures.

    Excessive extraction of groundwater is not the main cause for ground subsidence.The direction of the load pressure of dense high-rises must be taken into consideration.In this paper,a new explanation for the cause is proposed ground load and the ground support,which leads to load-support balance theory.Through the analysis of friction pile load pressure transfer mechanism,it is found that the ground has overall support stress,which is a valuable natural resourece.Applied in geological adjustment,the support stress can play a central role in the prevention of ground subsidence in the urban area.To prevent subsidence,it is necessary to increase the support stress of the ground,which can be achived by using sand pile.The sand pile must maintain a balanced state between the ground and the increased pressure,and thus it is possible to prevent subsidence.

    Wireless sensor network with new tree structure applied in bridge health monitoring keeps the advantages of wired network monitoring and covers the shortage of complex wiring.With the material performance aging over time,the safety performance of the bridge structure will decrease.Due to the feature of service direction,the waste of resources can be reduced and the communication efficiency can be improved.Through data collection,transmission and receiving and data analysis,bridge monitoring system based on novel tree structure is established,which improves the system energy efficiency and life cycle and also increases the system crudeness and data transmission efficiency.

    Using fresh and dry Lei bamboo leaves as the materials of the aromatic extract oil by the ethanol extraction and  dealing with by ultrasonic,distillation，and refining,clear light yellow transparent liquid of aromatic oil was obtained.By means of subtractive spectroscopy and spectrum fitting of FT-IR,the composition and groups of the two kinds of aromatic oil are determined and authenticated.It is found that in dry leaves there are more components than in fresh leaves,which provides strong support  for the principle and effects of selecting and using dry bambso leaves in traditional Chinese medicine.

    Gold nanoparticles are attracting great attention due to their unique optical,electronic and catalytic properties.Recently,biosynthesis of gold nanoparticles has become a research hotspot due to its economic，non-toxic and eco-friendly characteristics.This article provides an overview of current research methods of biosynthesis of gold nanoparticles using bacteria，fungi,actinomycetes，yeast and various plant materials.Different methods are compared,and the characteristics，control of size and shape，and the synthesis mechanisms are discussed.Finally,the application of biosynthesis of gold nanoparticles and the developing trend in the future are also prospected.

    The soil and water loss phenomenon in Fenghuang County is very serious at present.Influenced by natural conditions,the main form of soil and water loss in Fenghuang County is the collapsed hills.In this paper,according to the on-the-spot investigation material,the authors sum up the basic situation and the present situation of the soil and water loss in the county,and analyz the distribution rules and the development characteristics of the collapsed hills in the county.The danger of collapsed hills is explained and  the preventing and controlling countermeasures are proposed.Finally,the authors put forward some suggestions  conservation of the water and soil in Fenghuang County.

    The authors investigated the effect of ethanol solution concentration，microwave power,microwave irradiation time,ratio of material to solvent,and temperature on Spiranthes lancea polyphenols extraction ratio applying microwave assisted method.Spiranthes lancea polyphenols extraction process was optimized by response surface analysis methods and the experimental results was analyzed on the basis of  varaiance analysis.Results showed that with ethanol concentration at 47%,temperature under 48℃,Spiranthes lancea polyphenols extraction ratio reached 0.551% in 84 minutes.

    In order to improve the cycling performance of LiMn2O4 at elevated temperature,LiBOB was synthesized with solid state method using oxalic acid,boric acid and lithium hydroxide as raw materials,and the structure,morphology and thermal stability of lithium salt were characterized and measured by XRD,SEM,FTIR and TG-DTA,respectively.Meanwhile,effect of LiBOB/EC+PC+EMC on the cycling performance of LiMn2O4 at elevated temperature was studied,and the results show that LiBOB has good crystallinity and thermostability,after 200 cycles,the LiMn2O4/Li cell retained 97.15% of its initial discharge capacity at 1 C-rate after cycled at elevated temperature.

    The sample of low-grade molybdenum ore comes from a molybdenum mine plant in Fujian Province.As for the high oxidation rate of the molybdenum ore,it is very difficult to produce it through the technology of the plant currently.By using efficient collector and mixed inhibitor,it can reach the efficient comprehensive utilization of this middlings by flotation and gravity separation.Then a reasonable structure and pharmacy system and the optimal technological parameters of gravity separation have been selected.The concentrate grade of molybdenum in closed-circuit test reached 45.14% and the recovery reached 64.7%.The sulfur concentrate and molybdenum concentrate can be obtained by gravity separation.The grade of the concentrations from the gravity separation of tailings of flotation reached 3.17% and the recovery reached 17.2%.The total recovery of molybdenite reached 81.9%.

    First,the economic crisis and the crisis of economics are discussed.Next,some mistakes of the west economic growth theory are pointed out.Thirdly,new nonlinear economic growth theory and its three laws are proposed:economic takeoff-growth-stagnancy law,social conservation and economic decay law,and economic growth mode transition and new developed period law.And a corresponding graph is represented.The social open-reform is a necessary and sufficient condition for further economic development.

    With a thorough investigation into the the land utilization condition in JiFeng Economic Development Zone of Xiangxi,Hunan,a comprehensive evaluation of the intensive land utilization and land utilizing potential is given in this paper.The results show that intensity on the value of land is 66.05%，and the total utilization potential is 469.96 hm2.Measures to promote economical and intensive land utilization are proposed.
