The dynamical properties of a class of SIS infectious disease models with time delay effects and logistic growth are investigated. The non-negativity and boundedness of the model solutions are proved by using the basic theory of functional differential equations and the constant variational method, and the conditions for the local stability of the equilibrium points are obtained by combining with the characteristic equations.Taking the time delay τ as the branching parameter, the conditions for Hopf branching of the endemic equilibrium points when they are unstable are obtained by Hopf branching theory.

Physically informed neural networks (PINN) model are used to solve the one-and two-dimensional Sharam-Tasso-Olver equations.
The macroscopic equations and their initial margin conditions are used as physical information and transformed into the form of residuals, which are then used to construct a loss function to incorporate into the training process of the PINN model, and the Adam optimisation algorithm is used to achieve a high-precision solution. The numerical example results show that the loss function has high accuracy under a certain number of iterations, which verifies the reliability of the PINN model.

Euler Lagrange equations with Neumann boundary are generated when the functional of optimization problem is solved by calculus. To solve this problem, the L2 model is discretized by using maximum likelihood estimation, and a discrete L2 model that can handle free boundaries is obtained. The optimal linear conditions are solved by conjugate gradient method, and the surface to be reconstructed is obtained. The numerical results show that compared with the fast Fourier transform method and Horn-Brook's method, the image boundary obtained by the conjugate gradient method is smoother and more robust.

The least-squares model is capable of reconstructing smooth surfaces, but the depth discontinuity features can be blurred. In order to solve this problem,a spatially adaptive parameter is constructed by introducing the productivity term and Geary-Hinkley transform into the least squares model,an anisotropic weighted least-squares model is established;then the model is discretized by the 4-direction discretization formula, and the optimality condition is given;finally, the Krylov subspace method is used to solve the model. The numerical experimental results show that the anisotropic weighted least-squares model can keep the depth discontinuity of the surface, and the reconstruction effect is better than that of the least squares model.

    Abstract537)      PDF(pc) (7499KB)(4157)       Save
Based on the quantum valley-hall effect,a two-dimensional valley phononic crystal topological insulator with C3v symmetry has been designed.By rotating the angle of the scatterers inside the lattice, the topological properties of the lattice were changed.A supercell structure was constructed using two-dimensional valley phononic crystals with different topological phases, and the high-order topological corner states were investigated. The results show that when the rotation angle is changed, the symmetry of the system will decrease from C3v symmetry to C3 symmetry. When -30°<θ< 0°,the system corresponds to a non-trivial phase, while when 0°<θ<30°,the system corresponds to a trivial phase. When the internal lattice has a non-trivial phase and the external lattice has a trivial phase, there are three continuous corner states at the corners of the Zigzag boundary of the supercell structure. However, when the internal lattice has a trivial phase and the external lattice has a non-trivial phase, there are no corner states in the supercell structure. Before and after introducing disorder defects, the intrinsic field distribution of the corner states shows no significant change, demonstrating good robustness.

    Abstract623)      PDF(pc) (1585KB)(296)       Save
In order to solve the problem of low frequency sound absorption of Helmholtz resonator,an efficient wideband sound absorber with deep subwavelength thickness was designed by combining arrayed extended neck with Helmholtz resonance structure. The results show that the thickness of the absorber is only 1/36 of the wavelength corresponding to the absorption peak frequency, showing the sound absorption characteristics of deep subwavelength. When the resonant frequency is 315 Hz,the absorption peak amplitude of the sound absorber is as high as 0.985,which almost realizes the perfect absorption of sound energy. The sound absorption mechanism of the sound absorber is mainly due to the friction loss of sound energy in the inner wall of multiple extended necks. The arrayed extended neck provides additional tunability for the acoustic impedance of the absorber, and the operating frequency and bandwidth can be flexibly tuned in a wide band.Among the structural parameters, both the extended neck aperture and the extended neck tube length significantly affect the sound absorption performance of the sound absorber. The sound absorber has simple structure, thin thickness and good low frequency sound absorption performance.

To elucidate the expression profile and role of MIA3 in pan-cancer,we collected data from TCGA and other databases and employed bioinformatics methods to explore the associations between MIA3 and clinical prognosis as well as immune-related characteristics in various cancers. Results showed that MIA3 expression was significantly upregulated in invasive breast cancer, bladder urothelial carcinoma, esophageal cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, renal clear cell carcinoma, mixed renal cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, prostate cancer, gastric cancer, and gastroesophageal cancer, while it was significantly downregulated in renal chromophobe carcinoma and thyroid carcinoma. The highest mutation frequency of MIA3 was observed in endometrial cancer (11.4%),followed by gastric cancer (6.1%).In most cancers, especially ovarian serous cystadenoma, brain low-grade glioma, glioblastoma multiforme, renal papillary cell carcinoma, and mixed renal cancer,MIA3 expression was positively correlated with DNA methyltransferase expression.High expression of MIA3 was a risk factor for poor prognosis in adrenocortical carcinoma, renal chromophobe carcinoma, renal papillary cell carcinoma, mixed renal cancer, and brain low-grade glioma.Conversely, low expression of MIA3 was associated with poor prognosis in cutaneous melanoma and ovarian serous cystadenoma. The infiltration of cancer immune cells, including B cells,CD4+T lymphocytes,CD8+T lymphocytes, neutrophils, dendritic cells, and macrophages, was significantly correlated with MIA3 expression.Additionally,MIA3 expression was positively correlated with stromal and immune scores in colorectal cancer, mixed renal cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, renal clear cell carcinoma, testicular germ cell tumors, and renal chromophobe carcinoma. These findings suggest that MIA3 may serve as a valuable prognostic biomarker and potential therapeutic target for multiple cancers. However, further studies are needed to confirm these findings

    Abstract154)      PDF(pc) (780KB)(74)       Save
Aiming at the limitations of existing covariance matrix-based blind spectrum sensing algorithms in insufficient utilization of multi-antenna signal correlation and degraded detection performance under low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) conditions, this paper proposes a fully blind spectrum sensing algorithm based on covariance diagonal-to-nondiagonal ratio detection (CDNRD).The algorithm constructs a detection statistic as the ratio of the sum of the non-diagonal elements of the sample covariance matrix to the total energy of the received signals.By jointly utilizing the amplitude and phase information of the signals,it fully exploits the spatial correlation characteristics of multi-antenna signals.Simulation results demonstrate that in scenarios with low SNR (-15 dB) and strong correlation (correlation coefficient ρ=0.9),the detection probability of the CDNRD algorithm significantly outperforms existing methods, including covariance absolute value detection (CAVD),maximum-minimum eigenvalue detection (MMED),gini index detection (GID),and energy detection (ED).Moreover, the algorithm exhibits robustness and stability across varying sample sizes, antenna numbers, and correlation coefficients.

In order to explore the influence of rock mechanical response of reservoir on energy storage efficiency of compressed air energy storage in aquifer (CAESA) system, the program T2WELL/EOS3-FLAC3D numerical simulation is used to analyze the energy storage efficiency of the thermal-hydrologic coupled and thermal-hydrologic coupled CAESA system under different injection temperature,permeability,injection-production rate. The results show that the rock mechanical response generated by the system operation will accelerate the energy exchange in the system, and the energy storage efficiency of the system will decrease faster when the rock mechanical process is considered. The higher the injection temperature, the weaker the influence of rock mechanical response on energy storage efficiency. The mechanical response of the reservoir to the system energy storage efficiency exhibits a permeability threshold effect under the rated energy storage scale. The greater the injection and production rate, the stronger the influence of rock mechanical response on the energy storage efficiency of the system.
