Synthesis and Characterization of Praeseodynium-Porphyrine by Solid State Reaction

Abstract

Abstract: Rare earth porphyrine complex,praeseodynium-porphyrine,is synthesized by solid state reaction,and electronic absorption spectra of porphyrine and praeseodynium-porphyrine is studied.The influence of solvent features on electronic absorption spectra is discussed.The results show that the praeseodynium-porphyrine has the highest photo stability in CH3COCH3 and CHCl3 solvent,which is a good photosensitizer.
