Abstract: This paper adopts the method of documentary and questionnaire survey，taking 248 teachers with cervical spondylosis in universities as research objects.The results showed that the causes of cervical spondylosis of college teachers in Xiangxi are mainly affected by age, gender and work. Moreover, teachers with cervical spondylosis do not have a strong understanding of the idea that physical exercise can treat cervical spondylosis.Therefore, the relevant departments of the school should strengthen the propaganda of sports, protect the environment of teachers' sports, and enhance their sports consciousness.
