Design of Low Speed Driving Warning System for Electric Vehicles Based on MKE06Z64

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of traffic accidents caused by no warning  sound in low-speed driving of electric vehicles, the author designs a low-speed driving warning system of electric vehicles based on MKE06Z64. The system mainly consists of main control module, power supply module, CAN module, LPF module, power amplifier module and storage module (standby) and so on. The main control module receives instructions from the CAN bus of electric vehicle, and then analyzes the instruction information to obtain vehicle condition information such as gear position, speed, enabling signal and audio source selection. Finally, the main control chip finds the corresponding sound source according to these information, and outputs the warning sound by PWM.
