Abstract: “Delicious and Seedless-1” is a new strain of actinidia deliciosa selected and bred from wild actinidia.Its female plant is parthenocarpic and doesn’t  need  pollination of male plant,its fruit is seedless,and average weight of single fruit is 50 g.That achievement not only fills the gap in the research of actinidia at home,but also breaks the traditional concept that actinidia is not parthenocarpic.It is of great significance for the exploration into the formation mechanism of seedless actinidia,selection and breeding of new strain,and its industrialization.
