Abstract: To solve the problem of identifying linear time-varying system with multi-inputs and multi-outputs,block-pulse function was applied to obtain a kind of identification algorithm with the brief identification steps,the low cost of computation and the high precision.Also,the proposed algorithm is easy to be programmed.
