Abstract: Different factors determining the content of the total flavonids in alcohol and ester extracts has been studied in this paper.The optimum conditions was obtained by using orthogonal design.The results showed that the optimal conditions for the extraction was 70 ℃,15∶1 of 75% ethyl alcohol solution to bamboo leaves weight ratio,and extraction for 5 hours.
