Determination of Flavonol Glycosides of Ginkgo Biloba Explants

Abstract

Abstract: The contents of total flavonol glycosides and distribution of flavonols in Ginkgo biloba L.explants were determined by HPLC,and the correlative factors were studied.The results showed that，among the four explants,leaves contained the highest concentraction of total flavonol glycosides,amounting to 1.25%.The flavnovols glycosides of explants mainly comprised qercetin.
