Abstract: This paper presents the principle and realizing method of remote intelligent image tracking and monitoring system based on internet, and a solution is given by connencting image proces sing with remote network monitoring aiming at the shortcoming of current ima gemonitoring and control system , finally the kernel module about the intelligent image tracking and processing is explained by examples.
