Abstract: P. E. Programmed Teaching Methodology is one of the new teaching methods in modern P. E. teaching ( Besides, there are some other methods, such as sectional Method, Netted Method and Method) . This article is simply about the formation and development of this method, its features and patterns, and its programming approach.The aim is to provide a new way of thinking for the development of P. E. teaching.
