Abstract: In this experiment, leaf explant of Valeriana fauriei Briq. have been cul tured in vitro for callus induce. Effects of hormones on callus induce and growth have been studied. 2, 4- D is necessary for callus induce. BA can stimulate callus growth.MS+ 2, 4- D 5  mol•L^{- 1}+ BA 2. 5 mol•L^{- 1} is the best culture medium of callus induce.
