Abstract: To obtain the information of community-based rehabilitation demands of stroke patients in Xiangxi autonomous prefecture and the relevant influential factors,stratified cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 206 stroke patients in Xiangxi.Results showed that 46.6% patients had never heard of community-based rehabilitation; the community-based rehabilitation demands mainly included rehabilitation training,rehabilitation treatment,rehabilitation knowledge popularization,and rehabilitation nursing.Multiple factor logistic regression test showed that the number of patients' children was the first influential factor on rehabilitation knowledge popularization and rehabilitation demand,medical expense was the first influential factor on rehabilitation referral service demand,and age was the first influential factor on rehabilitation nursing demand.It can be concluded that stroke patients in Xiangxi have low degree of awareness of community-based rehabilitation,community rehabilitation demands are diversified,and the number of patients' children,medical expenses,and age have important impact on the community-based rehabilitation demands.
