Abstract: Psychological state number is an important indicator to reflex people’s psychological state in daily activities and their influences on the actions and results.The partial normal distribution of earlier research on the influence of supposing psychological state on results is N(0,σ2,c).However,the assumption has some weakness.This text gives a new partial normal distribution,defines new psychological state number,and also makes moment estimation and maximum likelihood estimate,which researches on the quality of estimation.
