Abstract:

To reveal the genetic and distribution of the three native pigs of Wujin pig, this paper investigates the mitochondrial DNA D-loop region (mtDNA D) of three native pigs of Wujin pig.The Results showed that 46 polymorphism sites were found in the full length 290 bp.Among them, there are 5 simple informative loci and 37 single polymorphic loci, among which A/G mutation is the main one.Three groups of Liangshan pig (Zhaojue,Meigu,Xichang) clustered together firstly, and then Liangshan pig clustered together with Dahe pig,and finally Liangshan pig clustered together with Kele pig.Three native pigs of Wujin pigs had 2 maternal origins,Dahe pig and Liangshan pig originated in a matriarchal,Kele pig originated from another maternal line. The genetic relationship between Liangshan pig and the Dahe pig is closer. There are two maternal origins.

Key words: Wujin pig, mtDNA D-loop, genetic diversity
