Lattice Boltzmann Method for Solving the Generalized BBM-KdV Equation

Abstract

Abstract: For the generalized BBM-KdV equation with mixed derivative terms,based on the lattice Boltzmann method,by using Taylor expansion and Chapman-Enskog multiscale expansion technique,the local equilibrium distribution functions and correction functions in each direction of the one-dimensional and two-dimensional generalized BBM-KdV equations are obtained,and then the one-dimensional and two-dimensional generalized BBM-KdV equations are restored.Under the condition of monotonicity,the stability of the iterative format of the lattice Boltzmann method is proved.
