Extraction and Application of Flavonoid from Pueraria Lobata

摘要:对葛根黄酮的提取方法通过正交试验进行了优选,结果表明用原药材5倍量的90%乙醇、回流提取3次、每次2 h提取得到葛根中总黄酮含量为7.43%.定性试验表明葛根中主要黄酮类化合物为异黄酮类.葛根黄酮可以开发成防治心血管疾病的中成药或保健食品.

Abstract: Orthogonal experimental design was adopted to optimize the method for extraction of pueraria flavonoid from pueraria lobata.The results indicated that the optimal extraction condition was 5-fold volume of 90% alcohol,refluxing extraction for 2 h,and extraction for 3 times.The extraction yield of general flavonoid was 7.43%.Qualitative experiment showed that the main flavonoid compounds from pueraria lobata were isoflavone compounds.Pueraria flavonoid can be developed into herbal drugs for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases or the relevant health food.
