Absorption and Separation of the Yellow Pigment from Oenothera Biennis L.with the Resin of DS-401

摘要:研究了用大孔树脂吸附和分离月见草花黄色素,比较了5种树脂(D-101、DA-201、DM-301、DS-401、X-5)对月见草花黄色素的吸附,选用DS-401作吸附剂.比较了不同浓度的乙醇和不同试剂的解吸效果,结果表示丙酮和乙酸乙酯有较好的解吸效果.

Abstract: Absorption and separation of the yellow pigment from Oenothera biennis L.by macroreticular resin were studied.Comparative studies of five resins(D-101,DA-201,DM-301,DS-401,X-5)showed that DS-401 resin had the best effect on absorption of the yellow pigment from Oenothera biennis L.Results of effects on desorption of different concentration ethanol and solvent with DS-401 resin as absorbent showed that acetone and ethylethamoate had good effect on desorption.
