摘要:研究了从紫竹梅中提取天然色素的工艺方法,并对该色素的理化性质进行了初步探讨, 从而为该色素的提取和应用提供了一些科学依据和工艺参数.

Abstract: The extraction technology of natural pigment from Setcreasea Purpurea was studied in this paper. The physicochemical properties of the pigment were discussed. It is provided on some theoretical bases and technical data for the extraction and application of the pigment.
