In this paper,a delayed epidemic model affected by disease awareness and vaccination is established. The basic regeneration number of the model is given, and the stability of the disease-free equilibrium point and the endemic equilibrium point of the model is analyzed. Then, the discriminant condition that generates Hopf bifurcation is provided, and the effects of disease awareness conversion rate and vaccination rate on infected population are studied. The results show that when the delay is the branch parameter, the equilibrium point may have periodic solutions through the Hopf bifurcation.

The lattice Boltzmann model (LBM) is used to solve the pricing problem of the American lookback option. The domain truncation technique and the penalty method are used to transform the linear complementary model satisfied by the lookback option into a one-dimensional nonlinear parabolic problem on a bounded domain, and LBM is introduced for the transformed bounded domain problem. The macroscopic equation is recovered by selecting appropriate equilibrium distribution functions and amending functions. The numerical simulation results show that the option prices obtained by LBM agree well with the results derived from the binomial tree method and other methods, which verify the effectiveness of the model in solving the pricing problem of the American lookback option.

Based on the forced oscillation principle,a small-scale forced oscillation pulmonary function measurement system with multi-frequency compound mode is designed.Sine signals of four different frequencies (5,10,15,20 Hz) are superimposed as forced oscillation excitation sources, and the superimposed excitation source signals are output to the loudspeaker through the power amplifier circuit by the STM32F407 processor, generating oscillating airflow to act on the human respiratory system. The flow and pressure signals collected by flow sensor and pressure sensor are processed by variational mode decomposition algorithm to extract pure forced oscillation signals effectively. The experimental verification of airflow resistance measurement and adult repeatability respiratory impedance measurement shows that the system is stable and reliable, and can accurately obtain human respiratory impedance parameters, which is suitable for early detection and evaluation of clinical respiratory diseases.

In order to reveal the influence of medium-peak rainfall infiltration on the spatial-temporal distribution of matrix suction, the Gardner soil-water characteristic function is introduced to simplify the Richards transient unsaturated seepage equation and to establish a water transport model for a homogeneous foundation under medium-peak rainfall infiltration.Fourier integral transform is used to obtain a analytical solution of the transient matric suction during rainwater infiltration under medium-peak rainfall. The analytical solution establishes the mapping relationship between the matric suction of unsaturated foundation and the rainfall characteristic parameters, which provides a theoretical method for quickly and accurately obtaining the matrix suction and its evolution law at any position of the foundation during the infiltration process of central-peaked pattern.

Rainwater infiltration changes the size and distribution of matrix suction in landfill cover layer. To investigate the evolution characteristics of matric suction in the cover layer with hydraulic coupling effects,a water transport model for a landfill cover layer under rainfall infiltration is established based on the Fredlund's unsaturated soil constitutive model. The Gardner soil-water characteristic function and Fourier integral transform are used to obtain a analytical solution of the transient matric suction during rainwater infiltration with hydro-mechanical effect.Based on this analytical solution,a comparative analysis was conducted on the differences in the evolution characteristics of matric suction in the cover layer with and without hydro-mechanical effects. It was found that the reduction rate and change amplitude of matric suction in the cover layer with  hydro-mechanical effects were significantly lower than those without  hydro-mechanical effects.

In order to more accurately calculate the fatigue damage and fatigue life of steel-concrete composite beam under standard vehicle load, the steel beam components of a large-span steel-concrete composite beam suspension bridge were taken as the research object.Based on the S-N curve and linear fatigue damage theory,a standard segment model was established.Accordingly, the welding position of the secondary longitudinal beam was identified as the focus fatigue point, and the stress time course calculation was done for the point. The results showed that when the vehicle mass increases from 50 t to 100 t,the amount of fatigue damage will increase by more than 5 times in the same period of time, and the increase in the vehicle mass will reduce the fatigue life of the bridge structure. The fatigue damage of bridge structures increases with the increase of vehicle speed. The increase rate of fatigue damage is greater at low speeds, and the increase rate of fatigue damage slows down at high speeds.

To elucidate the expression profile and role of MIA3 in pan-cancer,we collected data from TCGA and other databases and employed bioinformatics methods to explore the associations between MIA3 and clinical prognosis as well as immune-related characteristics in various cancers. Results showed that MIA3 expression was significantly upregulated in invasive breast cancer, bladder urothelial carcinoma, esophageal cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, renal clear cell carcinoma, mixed renal cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, prostate cancer, gastric cancer, and gastroesophageal cancer, while it was significantly downregulated in renal chromophobe carcinoma and thyroid carcinoma. The highest mutation frequency of MIA3 was observed in endometrial cancer (11.4%),followed by gastric cancer (6.1%).In most cancers, especially ovarian serous cystadenoma, brain low-grade glioma, glioblastoma multiforme, renal papillary cell carcinoma, and mixed renal cancer,MIA3 expression was positively correlated with DNA methyltransferase expression.High expression of MIA3 was a risk factor for poor prognosis in adrenocortical carcinoma, renal chromophobe carcinoma, renal papillary cell carcinoma, mixed renal cancer, and brain low-grade glioma.Conversely, low expression of MIA3 was associated with poor prognosis in cutaneous melanoma and ovarian serous cystadenoma. The infiltration of cancer immune cells, including B cells,CD4+T lymphocytes,CD8+T lymphocytes, neutrophils, dendritic cells, and macrophages, was significantly correlated with MIA3 expression.Additionally,MIA3 expression was positively correlated with stromal and immune scores in colorectal cancer, mixed renal cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, renal clear cell carcinoma, testicular germ cell tumors, and renal chromophobe carcinoma. These findings suggest that MIA3 may serve as a valuable prognostic biomarker and potential therapeutic target for multiple cancers. However, further studies are needed to confirm these findings
