Abstract: Considering friction and error ,the model of gear pairs vibration is set up in this article.Ascertaining the equivalent point position of the starting point of corner contact on the meshing line,the radius from corner contact to gear center and computation of both of the gears’ load angle of the corner contact point ,it also proposes the calculating method of corner contact impact rate.
