Abstract: The operation and management of physical education in schools will influence and determine the long-term development of physical education,and also relate to the efficiency,quality and level of physical education.So a new management mode of school physical education not only means the technical change,but also a strategic adjustment which involves optimization of management structure and mode,renewal of management  value,and selection of strategy.
