Abstract: The long-term top-level performance of German winter sports is due to the country's emphasis on winter sports,as evidenced by the following:a clearly defined and efficient organizational management;a wide range of funding support channels;well-developed winter sports facilities;active promotion of mass participation and youth sports;build a diversified talent training system;close integration of practical training and scientific research;and continuous improvement of coaches' teaching skills.Based on the development experience of German winter sports,this paper proposes an optimized path for the high-quality development of winter sports in China:deepen management system reform and expand funding support channels;improve the selection and training model and strengthen the integration of sports,education,and science;and enhance the management level of coaches and support scientific research to assist practical training.
